Return & Exchange Policy

At Sree Emporium LLC, we carefully curate high-quality ethnic wear and accessories at competitive prices to provide an India-like shopping experience in the United States. To maintain our value-driven pricing and ensure fairness to all customers, this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from us ( (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website, social media, or any direct sales channel. By placing an order, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth below. 


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.
This means:

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No cancellations after order confirmation
  • No exchanges

We strongly encourage you to review product details, sizes, colors, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled.
 This is because items are sourced, packed, and prepared for shipment immediately to maintain efficient delivery timelines.


3. Returns & Refund    Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. Because Indian clothing often involves delicate fabrics, embroidery, and custom sizing, it’s important to set clear guidelines:

Eligibility for Return

A return is accepted only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival
  • The request is made within 24-48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product, size, or color than ordered)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Anti-fit products or customized items are not eligible for correction or exchange.
  • Customized or altered outfits (including stitched blouses, tailored lehengas, sarees with fall/pico done just before the order)
  • Accessories such as bangles, shapewear, blouse pieces
  • Sale/clearance items

Return Process

  1. Customer contacts us via email at contact@srees.us with their order number, an adequate issue description, and unboxing/defect photos or videos.
  2. Our team reviews the request within 2–5 business days
  3. If approved, we share the return shipping address.
  4. Customer must ship the product back within 5 days, and share the tracking details.

Refund Process

  • Once the product is received, inspected and determined to be a valid issue, a refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment or store credit, depending on customer preference.
  • If the return is rejected (worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags), the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at contact@srees.us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

  • Variations in color, texture, weave, zari work, or patterns are common in handloom or handcrafted products and are not considered defects.


4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we ship with trusted carriers, delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or carrier issues.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
     We will support you with documentation if needed but cannot issue refunds for lost or mis-delivered packages.

5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refused delivery

Cannot be refunded or reshipped without additional shipping fees.
