  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after your purchase.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 10–15 days from the date of shipment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on logistics provider delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.
  • We will notify you if any unexpected delay occurs.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
  • Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided.
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier; some may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, shipping method, and destination.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated.

5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Sree Emporium LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery failures when the customer is unavailable
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

For packages marked as delivered but missing, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist with supporting documentation if needed.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays or lost packages must be addressed directly with the carrier.
We will help with tracking information but cannot issue refunds for carrier-related delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives with damaged items or incorrect products, please email contact@srees.us within 24–48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and determine the next steps.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
For international inquiries, please contact us at contact@srees.us to confirm availability.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable U.S. taxes.
  • For international orders (if accepted), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery refusal
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

Reshipment will require additional shipping fees.
Refunds are not provided for undeliverable or refused shipments.
